NatureShares are a point based time share investment which may be accumulated, traded, sold or exchanged for vacation time in more traditional resort destinations offered through our affiliates.  NatureShares represent an investment in real property secured in land trusts, or though conservation easements on some of the most scenic and ecologically vital property on earth.

NatureShares are preserving and restoring portions of working farms and ranches, which serve to insure the sustainability of agriculture while allowing for one-on-one personal access to the recreational and educational use of the property. This interaction between the Nature Shareholders and the stewards of the lands enrolled in the program serves to bridge the gap between those who wish to preserve natural ecosystems and those who actually work and live on the land.
